Wind-Up Mailer
This facility
allows you to send e-mail messages addressed from any made up or real e-mail
address.
Please ONLY use this to wind-up your friends. Your e-mails are untraceable back
to you by the recipient but please DO NOT send malicious, illegal or otherwise
pornographic e-mails through this system as all this kind of content is detected
by our server. The registered user accepts that messages sent through the
Wind-Up Mailer are monitored for illegal or malicious content and all messages
can be traced back to the real sender's email address by the Walking Fish team
if necessary.
1. The illegal use of
the Wind-Up Mailer, or the sending of messages which contain sexual, racist or
discriminatory references is prohibited.
2. The user of the service is responsible for the content of their messages,
according to the generally applicable laws. Virtual Effects does not undertake
any liability for the content of the messages transmitted. In the event of a
violation of one of the above-mentioned legal norms, the author of the message
exempts Virtual Effects from any claims by third parties.
3. In the event of misuse, Virtual Effects reserves the right to exclude
individual members from using this service and to block individual email
addresses belonging to user.
4. Messages are usually sent immediately, but there may be delays in
transmission. A sender sends a message at their own risk.
5. In accordance with the legal provisions, usage data is stored only insofar as
this is necessary for the untroubled performance of the service. In accordance
with the principles of the reporting of data, the usage data will be deleted as
soon as is legally possible.
6. If any user fails to comply with these terms, then they will be permanently barred from walking-fish.com.
